Located in Orleans, Ontario, Fenex Windows and Doors is a Fenplast subsidiary specialized in exterior doors and windows sale and installation. Our company distributes the products of the Fenplast brand, a Quebec leader in the PVC products industry. Established for more than 40 years, we are dedicated to provide unbeatable service and top quality products to our clients.

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a permanent/full-time opportunity. This role is responsible for supporting the general day-to-day operations of the organization.

Job description

•Provide general support to the Sales and Service teams and manage general office logistics
•Maintain office equipment and related service agreements
•Prepare documents included in proposals and client deliverables
•Proofread documents, ensure compliance with the company standards and manage appropriate archiving
•Ensure reception duties such as answer phones and greet incoming guests
•Achieve accounting tasks such as receivables, deposits, payment reconciliation, time sheet and data entry
•Perform order verifications and job invoicing
•Perform other related duties as required

Job requirements

    •3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
    •Good organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking mode
    •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    •Ability to professionally communicate and liaise with external and internal members
    •Initiative and proactivity to work with minimal direction
    •Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of an accounting system
    •Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written)
    •2 years community college program specialized in business administration preferred

Working conditions

  • Permanent full-time position; 40 hours per week
