Frequently asked questions

Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, you can refer as many people as you like.
You’ll receive a reward for up to two completed projects.

Does my referral have to buy from the same retailer as me?
No, as long as the purchase complies with the program conditions, the place of purchase may vary, as long as the retailer is one of the participating retailers.

When will I receive my gift card?
Once your referral’s project is completed (including installation), you’ll receive your gift card within a reasonable time.

^*Referral program conditions

1. Eligibility of referrals

The person referred has 6 months from the date of signature of the referrer’s contract to place his or her own order. Referrals older than 6 months are not eligible for the program.
Limit of one referral per physical address.

2. Referral validity

The same person can only be referred once. If two referrers submit the same referral, the reward will be awarded to the first one to register it on the referral form.
For referral quotes to be eligible, they must be submitted using the e-mail address entered on the form.

3. Minimum eligible amount

$7,500 before taxes. Only the following items are included in the calculation : Fenplast windows and doors and their installation (Exludes : hardware)

4. Reward terms

The invoice must be paid in full before the reward is issued.

5. Program availability

The program is available exclusively at the participating retailers listed above.

6. Award limit per referrer

The referrer may submit an unlimited number of referrals and all eligible referrals will receive their reward. However, the referrer may receive a maximum of two rewards for two completed projects.

7. Compatibility with other promotions

The referral program is valid even during promotional periods. It may be combined with other offers or discounts, provided the order meets the minimum eligible amount of $7,500 before taxes.
