Details of our current warranty
Fenplast Inc. warrants its products for defects in manufacturing or materials and will replace any part found to be defective under the conditions listed on the current warranty.
You can view or download the current warranty (in effect since August 2023).
Claims
Any claim must be directed toward the Fenplast dealer who sold you the windows and/or doors, which you can locate on the Find a dealer page. It must be joined with a warranty certificate (if before 2004) and the original bill or contract.
In case the dealer who sold you the goods is no longer in business, we invite you to fill in the form for this purpose.
Please, make sure hat you have our production number, the delivery date and the name of the dealer, all this information is written on the original bill and/or contract, or on the warranty certificate (if before 2004).

Fenplast Advantages
Fenplast offers a limited lifetime warranty on PVC studs and profiles, the lack of tightness of the seal of sealed units and the hardware built into its doors and windows. This warranty is fully transferable, provided that the owner of the building can provide the original contract or invoice.

New construction (individual)
Fenplast's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers rigid PVC profiles, seal failure in insulated glass units and the hardware integrated into its windows and doors. Complete coverage, exclusions and applicable conditions are described in the warranty document currently in effect.
Yes. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is fully transferable, provided the property owner can present the original purchase contract or invoice.
Warranty claims should first be submitted to the authorized Fenplast dealer who sold and installed your windows or doors. Your claim should include the original purchase contract or invoice, or the warranty certificate for products purchased before 2004.
If the dealer who sold your products is no longer operating, complete the contact form on our Contact Us page. Be prepared to provide the production number, purchase date and dealer information found on your invoice, contract or warranty certificate.
