This new feature allows the opening of the semi-operating sash from the inside without keys, tools or special knowledge. The product allows the frame to fully open in three easy steps: Learn more about this product.

For a basement window to meet the emergency exit requirements of the National Building Code, it must respect the following minimum dimensions: width (380 mm) and opening area (0.35 m²) of the product. Please refer to our advice refering to the requirements of the Egress standards.
