January 7, 2021 | Activities allowed to complete current commitments and must abide health recommendations.

October 1, 2020 | Second Wave – Construction and renovation work continues to be permitted throughout Quebec, in private residences or all housing units, whether for maintenance, repair or renovation. Visits for sales purposes are also permitted.

However, the sanitary measures remain in place and must be strictly followed.

May 7, 2020 | The Quebec government has postponed the planned reopening of businesses in the Montreal area. They are now reopening May 25.

However, nothing prevents taking the measurements and starting the installations from Monday, May 11.

May 4, 2020 | QUEBEC – Prime Minister Legault announced certain fateful dates to gradually revive the economy of Quebec:

Monday, May 4 – Retail businesses outside the Montreal area will be allowed to reopen.

Monday, May 11 – For all: measurements and installations are allowed (provided that the CNESST health protocol is implemented).

Monday, May 18 – Stores in Montreal area can reopen.

April 20, 2020 | Last Monday, Quebec Premier François Legault announced that residential construction workers throughout the province will be able to return to work, assuming the projects are scheduled to be finished by July 31, 2020.

In summary, a windows and doors store can open its doors from Monday, April 20, obviously taking the measure sanitary facilities, and sell windows and doors for new construction or renovations.

Installing windows and doors is permitted in new construction sites if meeting the above criteria, but is not permitted in traditional renovation (for the moment).

For your information, in accordance with the law, Fenplast resumed all of its activities this morning, April 20, 2020.

COVID-19 – March 24, 2020 | Premier François Legault and Premier Doug Ford have announced the temporary closure of all businesses and shops in Quebec and Ontario, except for essential services, until April 13 or until further notice.

Fenplast therefore decided to join it now : all our plants are currently closed. We closely follow the development of the situation and our government’s recommendations to focus our collective actions and efforts in the right direction. Please note that our after-sales service is also suspended.
